Customer Responsibility:
Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer until it is returned and accepted by Grand True Value Rental. In the case that the equipment is lost or damaged in any way, the customer will be charged the full replacement or repair cost in addition to the rental cost.

All customers may be required to leave a credit card deposit.  If a customer has an in-store account and it is in good standing, the signers on that account may rent equipment with no deposit.

Delivery service is available. Rates vary according to size of equipment and delivery distance. Please contact the store for specific delivery charges.

What Constitutes a Rental Period?

Any 4-hour period during store hours, except where shorter minimum is indicated in the rate book.

1 Day:
Charge Items may be out up to 24 hours. Metered items are allowed up to 8 hours on the meter in a 24 hour period.

Overnight Rate:
This rate is the overnight rate. For the overnight rate, equipment can be picked up no more than one hour before closing, and must be returned no later than one hour after opening the following business day. If equipment is returned late, the normal rental rate will apply.

All rates in the catalog are based on the equipment being used on a standard 8 hour-per-day shift, 40 hours per week or 160 per 4-week period. Double or triple shifts will be charged accordingly.

Customer is responsible for all fuel.
